Public evidence ledger

Chassis 172–180

Each physical car remains a separate record. Unknown ownership, transaction, fee, reserve and condition fields remain unknown unless a cited source establishes them.

Chassis 172

Public provenance reporting identifies 172 as the first of nine F310B chassis and reports a later sale to Uwe Meisner / Modena Motorsport, followed by a sale to an unnamed American enthusiast. Ultimatecarpage records a 2006 Monaco Historic Grand Prix appearance and dates an Essen Motor Show appearance to 2014; Macchina independently identifies chassis 172 but dates the Essen appearance to 2013 and records additional 1999–2003 German preservation events. The Essen year remains unresolved rather than normalized.

Chassis 173

Eddie Irvine race-use records place chassis 173 at the 1997 Australian, Brazilian, Argentine, San Marino and Monaco Grands Prix. The public record includes a second place in Argentina and third places at San Marino and Monaco.

Chassis 175

RM Sotheby’s records the 20 May 2007 Ferrari – Leggenda e Passione sale at Fiorano / Maranello, lot L219, as sold for a displayed EUR 770,000. Contemporaneous preserved RM material identifies the car as chassis 175 and the ex-Schumacher Monaco and Spa-winning example, and states that after retirement it had been part of two important U.S. collections before the 2007 offering. The collections, custody dates and consideration are not identified.

Chassis 176

RM Sotheby’s public private-sales record identifies chassis 176, engine 046/1B-217, and shows the page state as sold. RM reports 1997 Spanish Grand Prix use by Eddie Irvine, later German collection history, high originality and fewer than 200 racing miles. The private-sale price and exact transaction date are not public.

Chassis 177

Gooding Christie’s public private-sale page identifies chassis 177 and shows the car as sold. Public sources corroborate Schumacher-only use and the 1997 Canadian and French Grand Prix wins. Price, buyer and exact private-sale date remain unpublished.

Chassis 178

Simon Furlonger and Classic Driver currently expose chassis 178 on public dealer surfaces in the United Kingdom with price on request. Historical observations include a March 2015 Hamburg asking price of EUR 1.55 million; Auctionata lot 23 in September 2015, unsold after a reported EUR 650,000 starting bid; a Rétromobile appearance in Paris on 2 February 2024; and the 1 November 2025 Concours at Wynn Las Vegas. Asking and starting-bid figures are not treated as realized prices, and public appearances are not treated as ownership transfers.

Chassis 179

RM Sotheby’s reports that Ferrari sold chassis 179 in 1999, after which it passed through a small group of collectors first in Germany and subsequently in the United States before acquisition by the Audrain Auto Museum in 2014. Its resolved public market chronology is: 2008 Maranello sold at a displayed EUR 495,000; 2013 New York not sold at a USD 750,000–950,000 estimate; 2014 Monterey sold at a displayed USD 825,000; and 2026 Paris not sold at a EUR 5.5–7.5 million estimate. RM’s 2013 catalogue describes engine 04611 number 192 while the 2014 Monterey catalogue lists engine number 351. Those are event-dated component observations, not a timeless engine identity; the public evidence does not establish when or why the catalogued engine identity changed. Exact intermediary transfer dates, identities and consideration remain unknown, and estimates are not treated as realized prices.

Chassis 180

Hagerty Valuation Tools preserves a chassis-resolved ISSIMI sale record for 30 November 2021, online lot 212, sold for a reported USD 2,703,000. The current ISSIMI page still exposes a sold-state F310 B surface but no longer renders the historical lot payload.

Evidence boundary

Public facts, not reconstructed certainty.

VSDNA publishes source-attributed public observations and direct backlinks. A displayed auction result is preserved as displayed unless a source establishes hammer-only or fee-inclusive basis. Private buyer and seller identities, current ownership, reserves, high bids, title state, transaction fees and missing dates are not inferred. Chassis-specific facts stay attached to the individual chassis.
